Analysis and Management of Risks in terms of OHS

This diploma thesis covers the risk analysis and risk management related to occupactional health and safety (OSH). The analysis of the current situation is done concerning the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The extension of the legal duties and obligations are formed by standards that follow the legislation, possibly provide the sphere for implementation and maintenance of the OSH management. Due to the interconnections between OSH and seeking the risks at the workplace, it is appropriate to use the methods for identifications and analysis of these risks. The chosen methods are applied in the research part of this work. The system access for searching and evaluating the risks provides data to find the weak spots causing risks at the workplace. For the main risks, the measures are proposed to eliminate them or at least minimize their occurrence. These measures and procedures and proposed with regards to their costs
