Usage of the Methods of the Project Management in Practise

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the use of tools and methods of project management for the implementation of a new project in cooperation with a selected company. The theory of used methods and tools is described in the first part of the thesis and followed by a description of practical use in the analytical and proposal parts. Selected methods and tools are applied in practice in three phases of the project life cycle. The content of the Analytical part represent the pre-project part of the thesis with introductory information about the company and the project, determination of the goal and logical framework. The actual implementation of the project is described in the Proposal part of the thesis and includes project and post-project activities
