The bachelor thesis focuses on ways of assessing the financial situation of a company. The theoretical part characterizes the financial analysis, its users, sources and particular indicators. The methods of strategic evaluation of a company are included as well. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the company Antech, spol. s r.o., accounting documents of this company are framed according to the theory and evaluated. In conclusion, proposals for solution of the current state of this company are presented
