Creation of competitive intelligence unit for agricultural company

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the creation of a Competitive Intelligence unit in an agricultural company, which will enable the company’s management to find out information about the competitors and at the same time protect our own information from them. This gives our company a competitive advantage. In the first part of this thesis I will describe the situation of the company, after which I get to define the problem that will be solved. In the second part I deal with theoretical preparation necessary to create a Competitive Intelligence unit. The third part is devoted to creation of the possibilities that our company will have. The result of these possibilities is functioning Competitive Intelligence system. In the end, I will summarize the possible solutions and recommend one of them to the company
