The bachelor thesis presents the modernization of the technological process of clamp manufacturing in the company FERRUM s.r.o. The part is used to connect the protective elements with the exit ladder. The component is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal. S235JR steel with subsequent hot-dip galvanizing as an anti-corrosion treatment was chosen as the starting material. Regarding to the size of a series of 1300 pieces per week, the shearing and bending technology in the combined tool was chosen from the production possibilities, where the part will be produced in three steps.
