Employment Relationship in Terms of Wage Costs Optimization and Costs Comparison in the Utilization of Outsourcing

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problematics of employment relationship within the selected employer. It focuses on quantifying the wage and personnel costs. Attention is also paid to determining the costs associated with the utilization of outsourcing. An integral part of the thesis is a comparison of these costs.
