A Proposal for the Selection, Recruitment and Adaptation of a Worker to a Specific Job Position in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system
