Business Plan – Establishment of a New Company

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a business plan on the topic of establishing a new company, dealing with the production and sale of reusable packaging. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and practical part. The theoretical part includes the terms defining the field of business and business plan. The definitions from the theoretical part are applied in the analytical part to the current state and the last part is devoted to the actual implementation of the business plan
