This paper presents the use of augmented reality for indoor navigation. The aim is to create a mobile application with elements of augmented reality for user guidance. Visual markers and SLAM technology are used to determine a position. The resulting application is implemented utilising the ARCore library and the Unity game engine. The users scan the marker, selects the room which they are looking for, and are guided to the destination by map and an arrow in augmented reality. The current application aids the user in finding a room the need efficiently and with ease.
