The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a small family engineering company. The work consists of a theoretical part and an analytical part. The theoretical part contains the basic characteristics of the business plan and its economic aspects needed to better understand this issue. It also characterizes the issue of a family business. The analytical part then transfers all this knowledge into a real business plan. The intention is to assess the reality of this business plan, create a financial plan and strategy and assess the assumptions of the success of the business plan
