Design of erosion and flood control measures for the selected cadastral area

This bachelor thesis is in the introduction focused on the evalutation of the current erosion and runoff conditions in the cadastral area of Zádolí u Vysokého Mýta and in the cadastral area Střihanov. The analysis of current erosion and runoff conditions is carried with the use of programs ArcGIS, USLE2D and DesQ–MaxQ. The following is a design of erosion and flood control measures with the main aim of protecting the village Zádolí–Střihanov. Then the design technical measures are dimensioned for the specified design flows. In conclusion of the thesis is evaluated the efficiency of the design protective measures and the average soil loss and runoff quantities are compared before and after the design of the protective measures
