Winery Marcinčák Novosedly

The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study of a winery in Stará Hora in the village of Novosedly. In addition to wine production, the building also includes representative spaces (tasting, wine shop) and accommodation for guests and owners. The work is based on an already prepared study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Creation II, which was followed by the subject AG036 - Complex project and the whole project ends with a bachelor's thesis on the topic. The design includes two separate objects - a production object and a representative object, which lie on opposite sides of the plot. The production building is one-storey and partially hidden under the terrain. The shape of the representative building is inspired by the fruit of the vine. The representative building is two-storey, on the first floor there is accommodation for guests, including facilities for staff and a room for the owner, on the second floor there is a tasting room, hygienic rooms for guests and last but not least a catering area. The location of the building in a sloping terrain allows us a beautiful view of nearby Mikulov. The wooden terrace designed next to the representative building completes the shape of the vine fruit
