Design of lighting cover production

The project elaborated design of technology production of the lighting cover – rotating extract from the deep drawing sheet iron DC01 0,5 mm thick. Pursuant to analyses of production and calculation was designed drawing in conventional instrument with holder in one operation and the cup is being wiped by the die. The drawing instrument make use of standardised and construction components and it is solving forms of customary stool clamped by clamps on the hydraulic press CUPS 40 DEU, with nominal tensile force 400 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9
