Analysis of Employee Satisfaction in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of employee satisfaction in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The theoretical part of the work presents the concepts associated with the issue of employee satisfaction. Factors examined include training and development, remuneration, employment relationships, awareness, communication and employee care itself. The aim of the work is to determine the level of employee satisfaction. Data will be obtained using a questionnaire survey and based on the results, possible changes will be proposed, leading to increased job satisfaction
