Design of a mixing vessel

The content of this bachelor thesis is to present the mixing process and design of mixing vessels for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, then to design mixing vessles from specified parameters. The stirrer is driven by an electric motor and can operate at variable speeds. The main calculations in the design are the calculation of the power input of the stirrer and the control of the stress on the stirrer shaft. The design is complemented by a CAD model and drawing documentation
