The aim of submitted bachelor´s thesis is to design a rotary brusch cleaner for cleaning air ducts in prefabricated houses putting emphasis on ergonomic and esthetic innovations. After a careful technologic analysis of current market and practical knowledge, a sophisticated, compact and homy design was created. The innovation is an aluminium truss construction, which fixes the basic body of the machine and makes it easier for the worker to manipulate and furtherly storage spaces for working tools were also created. The results of this thesis bring a new perspective on the issue
