The purpose of the development of this thesis is to analyze the perception and application of sustainability in the Mexican craft beer industry; all this, to find ways to improve the existing models and make them greener to go to foreign markets where sustainability is a requirement. Sustainability is a topic that is still growing day by day in Mexico. Having a clear panorama on how the industry perceives the green trends will lead the research to find recommendations to achieve more eco-friendly processes.
