Based on the principle of two-phase hydrodynamics and the mechanism of cavitation generation, this paper uses the finite volume method (FVM) in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to analyse the features of fluid flow in jet amplifier, i.e., the pilot stage of jet pipe servo valve, and designs a lab bench to experimentally prove the accuracy of this numerical method. On this basis, the author discussed how four structural parameters influence the amplification efficiency of the jet amplifier.
