Abstract A pan-ROCK-inhibitor, ripasudil (Rip), and a ROCK2 inhibitor, KD025, were used To study the effects of Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase (ROCK)1 and 2 on two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) cultures of a TGFβ2-treated human trabecular meshwork (HTM) cells.
