Nucleophilic substitution of nitro group in dihydroazole[5,1-c] [1,2,4]triazines

In the present work, we report the structural analogs of the antiviral drug Triazavirin. We carry out a study of nucleophilic substitution reaction of the nitro group in azolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines with various aromatic amines and a hydrazine derivative. © 2020 Author(s).The work was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project № 19-33-90086)
