FEATURES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY IN IRAQ

The long and deep economic crisis in the oil and gas industry in Iraq stimulates companies to look for new ways to develop project management. This article examines the features of the development of projects in the context of digitalization, strengthening the environmental responsibility of companies and with the active implementation of megaprojects. The authors draw conclusions about the need to develop risk assessment in projects, considering indicators of instability of economic development in the country.Длительный и глубокий экономический кризис в нефтегазовой отрасли Ирака стимулирует компании искать новые пути развития проектного менеджмента.
