The domain formation induced by electron beam irradiation in congruent lithium niobate crystals has been studied in wide temperature range. The obtained results can be used for development of the domain engineering methods to create nonlinear optical crystals with improved characteristics.The equipment of the Ural Center for Shared Use “Modern nanotechnology” Ural Federal University was used.
