TINJAUAN TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI PASAL 65 AYAT (2) UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 34 TAHUN 2004 TENTANG TENTARA NASIONAL INDONESIA

This legal writing titled The Implementation of Article 65 Paragraph (2) Law Number 34, 2004 about Indonesian National Army. The article stated that soldier who violated the general criminal law subjected under the judicial power and soldier who violated army criminal law subjected under the army judicial power. The fact that Article 65 Paragraph (2) Law Number 34, 2004 has not yet implemented. This research is normative legal research which focused on the legal basis and regulation. This research will give the result that Article 65 Paragraph (2) Law Number 34, 2004 has not yet implemented because there are several factors that detained the implementation itself. Some of the factors are judicial factors and internal factors from the Indonesian National Army
