Aim: The aim of the current study is to determine if exercise and gender predict levels of perceived stress, including to determine if exercise and gender predict levels of academic stress amongst a population of college students. The examination of previous literature has demonstrated the effect of exercise on stress. In contrast the current study was conducted to analyse if a relationship exists between the variables.
