In the early 1990s The Preschool Reading Badge joined The Reading Badge, which was established in the early 1960s. It is a large part of book education, which educates children into users of books and different book material. It motivates reading in a family environment and encourages children to express themselves in different ways. It strives to develop reading literacy and reading culture, and with its help children relive the book in its entire aesthetic, content and visual image.
