Threads (1998, rev. 2004)

For chamber ensemble (flute doubling piccolo, oboe, clarinet in Bb doubling soprano clarinet in Eb and bass clarinet in Bb, violin, viola, cello) duration 6 minutes. This piece was commissioned by Dartington Summer School with funds from the Jo Johnson Award, and was first performed in 1998 by the Composers' Ensemble. It was first published by New Voices BMIC and remains part of their collection
