An 8-week feeding trial was carried out with various lipid level (2.30 %, 6.31 %, 8.98 %, 12.93 %, 16.08 %, and 18.99 %) diets to investigate the effects on growth performance, body composition, and feed utilization of juvenile spotted knifejaw Oplegnathus punctatus. After the feeding experiment, the weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) significantly elevated with raising the dietary lipid level to 12.93 %, and then decreased when dietary lipid further increased (p < 0.05).
