Purpose: Analyze the benefits of enterprise architecture using organizational capabilities. Design / Methodology: The research is qualitative with an exploratory approach and documentary analysis methods and techniques are used, such as content analysis and bibliographic description through identification, indexing, review and abstract. Results: Previous studies and initiatives assessing the benefits of enterprise architecture showed undetermined classification and lack of empirical evidence.
