The authors present their own results of scientific research on the clinical and paraclinical characteristics of various stages of chronic kidney disease in children. They determine pathogenetic markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of chronic kidney disease in childhood with the assessment of the set of endothelial dysfunction markers. The authors proved diagnostic and prognostic value of a stepwise increase in arterial hypertension, urinary excretion of prosclerotic, pro-inflammatory cytokines and growth factors with a simultaneous decrease in urinary excretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines, an increase in the level of microalbuminuria, disturbances of urodynamics and intrarenal hemodynamics.The authors developed an algorithm for the d...
