The importance of social security benefits comes from the ability of the benefit being able to satisfy the needs and demands of the beneficiaries. Due to the demand and satisfaction of the beneficiaries some members decided to withdraw from social security fund. This study aims at examining factors influencing members withdraws from social security system in Tanzania a case of NSSF Ilala Municipal.
