The study explores the effectiveness of the management of funds in the Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs). More specifically the study aimed at determining how accounting procedures, qualifications of management personnel, good governance influence the effectiveness of SACCOs service delivery.A sample of 60 respondents has conveniently drawn for the study from selected SACCO’s in Kinondoni Municipal. The study adopted quantitative analysis through mean, mode, median and frequency with the leap of SPSS.
