International organizations recommend cancer survivors to engage in 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. The American Heart Association established the importance of regularly evaluating physical activity (PA) levels. The evaluation tool can be subjective (questionnaire) or objective (accelerometer, podometer, etc). SF-IPAQ evaluates PA in last seven days and it is one of most used in the world.
