Aim: The present study aimed at mediating role of burnout and organizational cynicism in the relationship between psychological capital and psychological well-being within veterans. Instrument and methods: The present study is correlational and the relationship between the variables in the form of path analysis. The study population included all veterans are working in government offices in Tehran.
