Abstract: The current study seeks to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of the knowledge management process and product innovation in manufacturing firms. Specifically, the study examines the autonomous effect of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application on product innovation. 361 copies of questionnaire were sent out, with a 97.2% response rate. Using PLS-SEM, the survey data were checked for common error variance, validity, and reliability. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothetical framework.
