Different companies use different techniques to develop talents and highly skilled labour. Mentoring program has been a popular technique amongst organizations in supporting training and development of career among new recruits, potential business managers, and graduates. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of mentoring on organizational performance, and explore the benefits derived by mentees. The current study was based wholly on qualitative analysis, (Document analysis) which centres on scientific manuscripts obtained from databases such as google scholar, WoS, and SCOPUS.
