RCM is a potentially attractive alternative to punch biopsy (PB) in basal cell carcinoma (BCC). OBJECTIVES: To determine the diagnostic accuracy of RCM vs. PB in diagnosing and subtyping BCC, and to study patient satisfaction and preferences.
