Valutazione dell’attività litica dei nuovi fagi nei confronti di un pannello di isolati clinici di Pseudomonas aeruginosa ottenuti da laboratori membri del consorzio europeo ANTIBIO-LAB e identificazione di un cocktail fagico. Miglioramento dell’attività litica in vitro mediante cicli ripetuti di infezione. Estrazione dei genomi fagici e seguente analisi bioinformatica con annotazione. Caratterizzazione delle interazioni fago-ospite usando come modello di infezione un caso di terapia fagica personalizzata.
