In this work, I have implemented the Geary-Stark method to fully reconstruct, for the first time, the complete provincial value-added in Italy in four benchmark years: 1871, 1881, 1901 and 1911. Alongside its intrinsic interest, this exercise has been carried out to review the North-Centre-South divergence under the light of a deeper level of spatial disaggregation. Beside these results, I have published a database containing, for the four benchmark years, all provincial workforce data in agriculture, all provincial population data, and a large set of nominal daily wages in several industrial sectors. Finally, I have set forth a further possible implementation of this framework
