PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN ISMUBA BERBASIS MULTITALENTA (Studi Kasus di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya)

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of Ismuba education learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The place of research is carried out at the address of school activities. The subjects of the research are 1. Principals 2. Deputy Principals for curriculum and Ismuba fields 3. Ismuba educators 4. Activities supervisors in the Talent Executive School (TES) program and in the Great Children's School program ( SPAH). The object of the research is the planning, implementation and evaluation of Ismuba educational learning. The research stages are, the pre-field stage, the field activity stage, the data analysis stage, the report writing stage. focus group discussion. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis using Miles and Huberman's Interactive Analysis model with three steps, namely data condensation, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data condensation by selecting, focusing, abstracting and simpliyingtransforming. The validity of the data includes the credibility of the data through triangulation and membercheck techniques, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The result of the research is that Ismuba education learning is carried out in the Regular class, in the Talent Executive School (TES) program and in the Great Children Care School (SPAH) program. .1.Planning.In the Regular class, compiling a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), in the TES program by compiling a simple planning plan and in the SPAH program by compiling an individual planning plan.2.Implementing Ismuba education learning in regular classes, in the TES program and in the SPAH program is the implementation of lesson plans, simple planning plans and individual planning plans. 3. Evaluation. The assessment of the learning process uses an authentic assessment approach that assesses the readiness of students, processes and learning outcomes as a whole
