ANALISIS PERENCANAAN KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKU YANG EFISIEN PADA PT. JAVA TECTONA BANYUWANGI

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the amount of raw material needed for efficient Ufo Table products and when the raw material needs must be available in the company. This study uses the Material Requirement Planning method with the lotting lot for lot technique as a data analysis technique at PT. Java Tectona. The analysis produced in this study was in the form of ordering raw materials on February 11, 2021 in the form of teak plywood 8 pcs. February 12, 2021, order teak wood 8 pcs. On February 13, 2021, placed an order for 8 pcs of white glue, 80 pcs of screws, 32 pcs of pineapple bolts, and 32 pcs of hangerbold bolts. Production on February 15, 2021, began to manufacture 8 units of table frame, 8 units of support legs, and 32 units of support legs. The Ufo table has been finished producing on February 16, 2021. Orders for raw materials were made again on April 16, 2021 and finished production on April 21, 2021
