PUBLIC FIGURE SEBAGAI VIRTUAL OPINION LEADER DALAM PENYAMPAIAN PESAN GERAKAN SOSIAL DI INSTAGRAM (studi pada akun instagram dr. Tirta sebagai virtual opinion leader dalam penyampaian pesan gerakan sosial menghadapi COVID-19)

The entry of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia in March 2020, it was confirmed that Indonesia was ranked as the 23rd country with the most positive infections with the COVID-19 virus. Seeing the number of infected people continue to increase, the presence of figures who have Credibility; Attractiveness; and Power has an influence in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Tirta Mandira Hudi is a figure who is active on social media, namely Instagram bringing influence to the audience or his followers using Instagram as a medium for delivering social movement actions to deal with COVID-19. Researchers are interested in discussing the phenomenon on the Instagram account "dr.tirta" as a virtual opinion leader in delivering social movement messages to deal with COVID-19. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The type of research used is descriptive, based on case study research. The research subject in this study is the Instagram account "dr.tirta" with content categories such as, Suggested Content; Volunteer Program Content; Educational Content; and Broadcast Content. This data collection is through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion according to the work process of the Agenda setting theory, posting photos/videos/igtv on Tirta Mandira Hudi's Instagram account packaged with 4 content categories (Suggestions; Volunteer Programs; Education; and Broadcasting) becomes a policy medium in conveying social movement messages, bridge the spread of COVID-19 news issues in the community and provide understanding to invite followers to prevent COVID-19
