ANALISIS SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL PEMBERIAN KREDIT PADA PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK. KCP PAOKMOTONG LOMBOK TIMUR

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system in providing credit at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. KCP Paokmotong, East Lombok. This study uses primary data like an interview with the internal credit department and secondary data as the documents and forms needed in the credit granting process. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, the data obtained and then analyzed based on its suitability with the theory of elements of internal control according to Mulyadi’s (2016). The results of the study indicated that the overall internal control system for providing credit in the Bank were good, it is just that the Bank has not used printed serial numbered forms and there was no surprise audit
