UPAYA PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP PENIPUAN TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK JUAL BELI ONLINE (Studi di Polres Kota Malang)

Advances in information and communication technology make it easier for people to obtain information and make it available to the wider communities. The form of technological development is the existence of the Internet, which has changed the pattern of community interaction, that is, commercial, economic, social and cultural interactions. The evolution of crimes or criminal acts that become increasingly sophisticated and advanced. This is characterized by the rapid development of methods for the commission of crimes and the instruments used. One form of crime resulting from the use of online media is fraud. In the preparation of this paper, the author makes use of a kind of empirical legal research, that means in solving the problems to be discussed, she is oriented to the applicable regulations connecting the reality that has arisen in society. The results of the investigation carried out by the author show that the police action against commercial online fraud is taking preventive and repressive measures
