A good indicator in analyzing a growth in a region is the HDI which is also a parameter for assessing economic growth. Pasuruam Regency is a district with high economic growth achievements. This is supported by the factors of Poverty, Unemployment and Economic Growth, which are classified as adequate. In terms of the workforce itself, Pasuruan Regency has a very large population so that it is able to become a supporting factor for economic growth in Pasuruan Regency.
