Tinjauan Maqashid Syariah Terhadap Zakat Produktif

This study aims to determine the view of maqashid sharia on productive zakat. The type of research used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive design format and the type of research used is library research, meaning that data is obtained entirely from various written sources, such as direct sources or original sources, sources from related published books. With the subject matter or related to the researched. Methods of data collection using literature study and documentation by reviewing (documentation) sources both from books and journals in the form of classical and contemporary texts. This documentation technique is very appropriate to be used in qualitative research, especially those related to text books containing opinions and theories that developed in a socio-historical context. For this reason, this technique is very appropriate to be used in this study, because all of it relates to various opinions, views and theories contained in the existing texts. The results of this study indicate that according to Imam Ghazali who stated that there are 5(five) points in maqashid sharia, namely hifdz ad-din, hifdz an-nafs, hifdz al-aql, hifdz al-maal, hifdz an-nasl, and according to Imam As-Syathibi based on 2 sources, namely the Quran and Hadith. While productive zakat according to zakat experts is given to the poor in the form of business capital or others that are used for productive businesses which will increase their standard of living, then productive zakat has been regulated in maqashid sharia, both explanation and application.
