Basically the calculation in PDM has similarities with CPM, but the difference lies in the use of relational dependencies, where PDM has four relational dependencies. The first stage of this research is to calculate the budgeting plan on the design of the Banyuwangi BLK Community Building and then scheduling the plan using the PDM and CPM methods and analyze the required manpower needs. After the calculation of the BLK Community Building of Banyuwangi in accordance with the building design has been achieved, the result is that the budget needed to start construction is Rp. 598,898,730.00 within 120 working days according to the schedule using PDM methods
