UPAYA GURU AQIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SHALAT BERJAMA’AH DI MAM 1 PLUS MALANG

Islamic Religious Education is a program that has been planned in preparing students to always be able to understand the teachings of Islam as a whole, then live the goals, which then practice and make Islam a way of life. One of the integration of Islamic subjects in character education is the cultivation of discipline and gratitude through congregational prayers on time. In reality, not all of them are aware of the time that they spend more time relaxing, chatting, and being idle than time spent working and doing charity. And parents who still haven't set an example or disciplined their children to pray in congregation. Efforts to overcome this problem, the school is trying through various ways, one of which is by utilizing the presence of teachers in the religious field, especially teachers of Aqidah Akhlak subjects in schools which aim to build the morals of students, because in Aqidah Akhlak subjects there are many discussions about attitude development that occur in schools. Schools in particular matter in the habit of discipline. At MAM Plus 1 Malang itself applies habituation as a way of instilling student discipline. This type of research is a qualitative research that specifically uses the case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Milles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results showed that: 1) Students' discipline in praying in congregation at MAM 1 Plus Malang was disciplined, namely the awareness of students entering prayer times. Discipline of students to pray in congregation because of teacher participation and guidance to students. 2) The Efforts of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers in Improving Student Discipline Carrying out Congregational Prayers at MAM 1 Plus Malang, namely providing uswah hasanah (good examples) as a way to help students carry out prayers and exemplify orderly prayers in accordance with religious shari'ah. 3) Inhibiting Factors for Aqidah Akhlak Teachers in Disciplining Students for Congregational Prayer, namely the lack of self-awareness of students can be an obstacle for teachers in an effort to improve student prayer discipline
