ANALISA KINERJA PERUSAHAAN ALAT PENETAS TELUR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BALANCE SCORECARD, ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS DAN OMAX (Study Kasus Pada Mitra Jaya Company)

ABSTARCT Performance measurement is a measuring tool used to measure the performance of a system. At this time there are still many companies that measure only the financial aspect but do not look at it comprehensively. In this study, the method used the Balanced Scorecard Methode which translates the company's vision, mission and goals into strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) contained in four perspectives that is finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The KPI are rated using the Analytical Network Process method and then measured using the objective matrix and traffic light system methods to determine the achievement index value and the index category. The results of this study are 8 green KPI, that is return on assets, net profit margin cash ratio, number of regular customers, number of customer complaints, product defect ratio, number of employees ratio, number of training. The 2 yellow KPI are return on equity, the suitability of production for each period. The 2 red KPI are total asset turnover, the number of customer growth. While the overall performance evaluation index is 7.248, which means that the performance is very good but has not able to reach the target yet so it is necessary to improve company performance
