PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN RAYZ UMM HOTEL

Abstract Rayz UMM Hotel is a four-star hotel in the Malang area which was inaugurated in early 2020. Employees at Rayz UMM Hotel certainly really need encouragement or motivation to feel more enthusiastic in carrying out their work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of RAYZ UMM Hotel employees. Using two variables, namely work motivation and job satisfaction with analytical tools in the form of classical assumption test, regression analysis, T-test and F-test. Based on the results of the research that have been interpreted, work motivation has a significant effect on work motivation at Rayz UMM Hotel, namely with a t count value of 8.851 > t table 2.042 and an f arithmetic value of 78.339 > f table 4.17. It is known that the R Square value is 0.737, this value means that the effect of work motivation (X) on job satisfaction (Y) is 73.7%, while 26.3% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by other unknown variables
