SISTEM INFORMASI TUMBUH KEMBANG ANAK MENGGUNAKAN WEB

Posyandu is a health activity organized from, by and for the community assisted by health workers. Posyandu was formed as a means for parents to check whether their child has grown normally or not. However, recording data and reports on child growth and development which is still done manually and not computerized makes it difficult for officers to make reports because the data cannot be read or lost. The design of this information system is made using the prototype method, by using this method it is expected that information systems can facilitate system development. The design of this system uses flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. This information system on child growth and development will be implemented at posyandu pos 6 perumahan pondok mutiara, Wagir sub-district. By using this system, cadres can easily store data on children's growth and development and make reports which will later be submitted to the midwife or health center
